Take a look at these three websites about endangered animals.
Choose one of these animals and write a quick blog post about this animal and why it is neat and what we should do to save it.
Here is an example of a script for a video podcast.
If I have the problem 2345 divided by 45 the first thing I would do it to take multiples of 45 and add them up until I got to 2345. This is called the inverse. I would take 10 multiples of 45 (which is the same thing as 10×45) and get 450. If I do that again I will then have 20 multiples of 45 which will add to 900. If I do this again I will then get another 10 multiples and this will add up to 1350. I am getting closer to my goal of 2345. If I add another 10 multiples of 45 it would be a total of 1800. I then add one group of 10 multiples and it would bring my total to 2250. I then add in only two more groups of 45 which would bring my total to 2340. There is only 5 left over so this becomes the remainder. If I look back to my problem I can see that it is a total of 52 multiples of 45. This means my answer is 52 with a remainder of 5.
Now I don’t expect you to do as much writing as this but this is a sample of what you should be doing.
Starting March 2 at 6:00am World Maths Day begins. Now if you are wondering this site is from Britain where they refer to math as “maths”. We all have logins and are going to try to see how many points we can get from correct answers. Take a look at the link below for the site.

Check out these links below for help with fractions. These are just some of the good games I found online for better understanding of fractions.
This site has some good flash games that can be a bit harder than normal.
